Sand any rough edges and corners on the wooden blocks.
Create four Chalky Finish paint mixes in small plastic cups: Mix (3) parts Delicate with (1) Romance. Mix (1) part Romance with (1) part Delicate. Mix (1) part Romance, (1) part Delicate, and (2) parts Everlasting. Mix (3) parts Innocence with (1) part Delicate. Stir each color combination well.
Paint each of the six blocks on all sides with the mixes from Step 2, as desired. Paint the two remaining blocks all over with color of choice. Let dry completely before moving on the next step.
Seal the blocks with a coat of DuraClear Ultra-Matte Varnish. Let dry completely.
Print off the letter templates and cut out each letter, leaving about 1/4" margin outside of the letter. Line up the words to make it easy to place them on the blocks in the right order.
Attach the letters to the blocks with Americana Matte Decou-Page. Work on one row and word at a time, allowing it to dry before moving on to the next row.
Arrange as desired, once dry.
