Place random drops of Chartreuse, Coastal Waters, Lemon Zest, and Cotton Ball onto the tray. Using a palette knife, apply the paint drops to the entire surface. (Try not to move them around too much or the marbled pattern won't be as apparent.)
Position the Americana Numbers Collage Stencil as desired; tape down to keep in place. Using a cosmetic sponge, apply Flamingo. Let dry between coats.
Use a 1" flat brush and a #3 round brush to paint the surface in Flamingo. Let the paint dry completely between coats.
Use sandpaper to distress edges and allow the wood to show through.
