NOTE: Let dry completely between painting steps.

Remove backing from frame.
Use a 2" Flat brush and load with Aqua Waters to base coat the entire frame. Rinse brush. Let dry completely.
Place the TCW Swirl Stencil on and load a cosmetic sponge with Caribbean Sea and lightly dab in the stencil. Turn it in different directions to get the look you want and stencil as much or little you want on. Remove and wash stencil.
