Give a wall a glittery banner for Valentine's Day with Galaxy Glitter™.

SUPPLIES

• water container
• palette or plastic plate
• paper towels
• scissors
• cosmetic sponge
• heart template
• copy paper
• chipboard shape
• paintbrushes
• thin ribbon or string

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

1. Paint all chipboard pennants in French Mauve.

2. Using the Everyday Alphabet stencil and a cosmetic sponge, apply "L-O-V-E" and two hearts to the individual banners with Watermelon Slice. (Cut out a simple heart shape with paper and trace for a guide.)

3. Apply Red Nebula over all the letters and shapes previously painted in Watermelon Slice.

4. Using a fan brush, apply Champagne Starburst in a thin layer to all the pennants. Apply a second layer, focusing more heavily on the ribbon-like ends of the banners.

5. Thread a small ribbon or string through all the pennant holes, connecting them, and cut off the ends.
