- rubbing alcohol
- flat brush
- fan brush
- medium brush
- champagne bottle
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wipe the bottle clean with rubbing alcohol.
- Use a flat brush to paint the bottle starting with Bubblegum Pink on the bottom, blending up to Grey Sky.
- Print off a label of your choice. Use a medium brush to adhere to the bottle with Matte Decou-Page.
- Use a fan brush to apply glitter, starting with Pink Cosmos on the bottom, blending up to Silver Moon.
