Bling up your painted rocks with Dazzling Metallics and Glamour Dust!
SUPPLIES
- craft paintbrushes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Base coat rock in Dazzling Metallics Splendid Gold. Let dry. Top with a coat of Glamour Dust in Gold Glitz. Let dry. Hand letter phrase in black and white paint. Add varnish if needed.
