Turn that first cup of coffee into a work of art with DecoArt® Opaque Glass Paint Markers™.

SUPPLIES

• paper towels
• 1" painter's tape
• soap and water
• glass mugs

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Gather the supplies. Wash the mugs in soap and water to remove any debris or oils from your hands. Dry with a paper towel.

2. Using painter's tape, tape off the mug, leaving a 1" space along the bottom.

3. Before using the Glass Paint Markers, shake each well and press its tip onto a paper towel until the paint begins to flow.

4. Using Black Glass Paint Marker, draw three lines: one under the tape, one at the base of the mug; and a third line in the middle.

5. Remove tape and use the same marker to create diagonal lines. (See photo.) Do this around the entire mug.

6. Let the mug dry to the touch. When dry, use Green Glass Paint Marker to fill in the design. Repeat this step on each of the other three mugs, using Fuchsia, Violet, and Orange respectively.
