If needed, launder the table runner without fabric softener.
Transfer the pattern to the end of the table runner using the transfer paper and a pencil. (Allow a 4" to 5" space between the end of the runner and the bottom of the text.) Using a #3 round brush, paint the text in Black Tie.
Using a triangle paper punch, punch out triangles from each paper in the Americana Decou-Page Gold Stag Paper pack. Apply a layer of Outdoor Decou-Page to the area where the triangles will be placed. Position the triangles and apply another layer of Decou-Page on top. Smooth out with a finger if needed.
