    • flat brush
    • assorted scrapbook paper
    • level
    • wooden shapes
    • velcro

    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

These triangles can make much more than just a heart. Carefully remove the velcro off the wall and position in a desired pattern.

    1. Adhere the scrapbook paper onto the wooden triangle surface using Matte Decou-Page. (It does not have to be a perfect fit.) Remove wrinkles or bubbles. Apply another coat of Decou-Page on top of the paper. Let dry.
    2. Instruction #1
    3. Once dry, use a sanding block to sand off the excess paper. (Be sure to only sand on a downward motion, or it can tear the patterned paper in unwanted areas.)
    4. Instruction #2
    5. Apply Glorious Gold to the sides of the triangle. Repeat the previous steps until all the paper-covered triangles are done.
    6. Instruction #3
    7. Paint the remaining triangles using Sea Glass, Coral Blush, Lamp Black, Spicy Mustard, and Glorious Gold. Paint the sides of all triangles in Glorious Gold.
    8. Instruction #4
    9. Finish the painted triangles with a layer of Decou-Page on the top. Let dry.
    10. Apply velcro to the back of each triangle. (About a 1" square will do.)
    11. Using a level, apply the first triangle to the wall. (One side of the velcro should stick to the wall while the other is attached to the triangles. Continue adding triangles until the heart is complete.)
    12. Instruction #7
    13. If desired, display them vertically.
    14. Instruction #8
    15. Or, create your own abstract pattern on the wall.
