SUPPLIES

    • fine point brush
    • 1" painter's tape
    • jute or hemp cord
    • cardstock
    • Aleene's Tacky Glue
    • medium brush
    • cotton swabs

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Use painter's tape to cover all holes from the inside of the bucket.
    2. Instruction #1
    3. Cover the bucket in Night Sky, allowing to dry between coats.
    4. Instruction #2
    5. Cover the handles and the top and bottom edging with Peach Silk. Using Canary and a cotton swab, apply two rows of polka-dots.
    6. Instruction #3
    7. Cut out a banner shape in cardstock. Map out a word of choice and use Night Sky to fill in. Adhere the banner to the middle of the jute string and fold over and glue down the top edge.
    8. Instruction #4
    9. Using the pattern, cut a small slit in the point of the petal and fold the ends over each other to make the petal stand up. Attach the largest petals to the largest circle in the round, the smaller petals filling in the gaps between, and the smallest circle placed in the center. (You may also wish to cut out leaves using the same petal shape and adhere it to the back of the flower.) Attach the flowers to the jute string using a small piece of paper on the opposite side to seal against.
    10. Instruction #5
    11. Tie the banner to the farthest part of the handle from the front.
    12. Instruction #6
