    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

Every color will be used in each pour ,just in contrasting amounts.

    1. Paint each block in a separate Media Fluid color, creating a slight gradient: Cobalt Teal Hue, Cobalt Turquoise Hue, Quinacridone Magenta, Quinacridone Violet, and Dioxazine Purple. (This will make it easier to track while pouring later.)
    2. Instruction #1
    3. Pour each Media Fluid Acrylic color (Cobalt Teal Hue, Cobalt Turquoise Hue, Dioxazine Purple, Quinacridone Magenta, Quinacridone Violet, Silver (Metallic), and Titanium White) into its own small cup and add an equal amount of Pouring Medium. Stir each. Make a second set of cups with the same colors (omit Dioxazine Purple) and a touch of Titanium White so you have the pastel version of the color as well. Add an equal amount of Pouring Medium to each and stir.
    4. Instruction #2
    5. Make a dirty pour by layering all color cups from STEP 2 into a large cup. (Focus on the Dioxazine Purple more than the other colors.) Do not stir. Pour the large cup over the darkest painted block.
    6. Instruction #3
    7. Make another dirty pour, focusing slightly more on the lighter purples and magentas. Pour this over the second darkest block.
    8. Instruction #4
    9. The third pour focuses more on the magenta color and is poured over the medium value block.
    10. Instruction #5
    11. The fourth pour focuses more heavily on the darker shades of blue and is poured over the second lightest block.
    12. Instruction #6
    13. The final pour focuses more on the lighter blue and silver. It is poured over the lightest painted block.
