Paint the box Lamp Black. Let dry. Add Bright Yellow, Peacock Teal, Snow White, and Lamp Black into four small cups (one color per cup), filling each cup about halfway. Add an equal amount of Pouring Medium to each cup. Stir each cup thoroughly.
Pour the four colors into a large cup, alternating and layering colors a little bit at a time. Do not mix. Set the painted wooden box inside an aluminum foil pan upside down and pour the large paint cup over it. Allow to dry.
Glue (or drill and screw) a decorative handle to each side of the box. Glue the wooden beads as legs to the tray.
Using cotton swabs, add E6000 Glue to the darkest loops of Peacock Teal on the sides of the tray. (Work on one area at a time so the glue doesn't dry.) Add beads over the glue.
Allow the glue to dry completely. Use the tray for a garden or as a table centerpiece.
