SUPPLIES

    • water container
    • palette or plastic plate
    • paper towels
    • rubbing alcohol
    • scissors
    • #3 round brush
    • Fun Foam sheet
    • martini glass
    • #10/0 liner brush

    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

    1. Either clean glasses with warm soapy water, rinse, and let dry well or wipe clean with alcohol and paper towel.
    2. Draw one teardrop shape petal on piece of Fun Foam or paper. Cut out shape with scissors.
    3. Position petal shape inside glass. Hold in place with fingers or piece of tape.
    4. Load #3 round brush heavily with Americana Crystal Gloss Enamel color. Position and press loaded brush at top of petal. Wiggle brush to fan out bristles and pull down toward glass stem.
    5. Re-position petal shape directly opposite painted petal and repeat application.
    6. Center petal shape between two painted petals and repeat application.
    7. Re-position petal shape directly across from previous petal and repeat application.
    8. Re-position petal shape adding petal between each set of petals. (This technique will give you perfectly spaced petals.)
    9. Working one petal at a time, apply bead of 3-D Gloss Enamels at top, center, and base of petal. (I used contrasting colors for more interest.) Use liner brush to pull dimensional paints down from top to petal center and then from base to center.
    10. Use small round brush to pull small strokes of Green from flower base to glass stem.
    11. Use Black 3-D Gloss Enamel Writer to loosely outline petals.
    12. Follow label instructions for baking.
