Flamingo and Palm Outdoor Stool

Make your outdoor stool have a summery feel easily with Wood Reclaim and Outdoor Living Paint!

SUPPLIES

    • wooden stool
    • 3/4" flat brush
    • #1 liner brush
    • #1 round brush
    • grey transfer paper
    • pen or pencil

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. You will need an old stool, 3/4" Flat brush, #1 Round and #1 Liner brushes, pen or pencil, grey transfer paper, Wood Reclaim, and Outdoor Living colors: Picket Fence, Lily Pad, Fountain, Iron Gate, and Wildflower.

    3. Apply Wood Reclaim as label says with a 3/4" Flat brush. Let dry completely, Then use a flat brush to paint the entire stool in Picket Fence. Rinse brush. Let that completely dry. Then use a pen or pencil to transfer the flamingos and leaves onto the top of the stool.

    5. Use a #1 Round brush and double load with Lily Pad and Fountain to paint on the botanical leaves. Rinse brush.

    7. Use same brush with Wildflower to paint all the flamingos. Then double load with Wildflower and Picket Fence to paint the wings and to highlight areas. Refer to photo for placement. Rinse brush.
    8. Instruction #4
    9. Then use a liner brush to paint eyes Iron Gate and tip of beak. Use same brush and add a small amount of white, now with this grey mix shade the beak. Rinse brush. Use same brush with just Picket Fence to dot a highlight on each eye. Rinse brush.
