    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

    1. Add drops of paint to the canvas: Dioxazine Purple, Cobalt Teal Hue, and Titanium White. Use a palette knife to spread paint in one single direction.
    2. Use scissors to cut out the printed image of a woman. Use a 3/4" flat brush to adhere the image to the canvas with Matte Medium.
    3. Position a crown or hat of your choice from the Americana Brim & Crown Stencil on the canvas. Hold in it place (or use painter's tape if desired.) Use a cosmetic sponge to dab on Dioxazine Purple.
    4. Mix (1) part Dioxazine Purple with (1) part Titanium White. Use a 3/4" flat brush and the mix to paint the frame.
    5. Add 20% Dioxazine Purple to Texture Sand Paste and mix. Use a palette knife to loosely smooth on the perimeter of the canvas/inner frame.
    6. Place the canvas back in the frame.
