This unique Christmas decoration reuses scrapbook paper to create a festive wall hanging.

SUPPLIES

• water container
• palette or plastic plate
• paper towels
• scissors
• 1" flat brush
• hot glue gun
• canvas
• assorted scrapbook paper

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

1. Create a mix of Apple Green, Coffee Bean, Cotton Ball, and a small amount of Black Tie until the desired color is achieved. Use the mix to paint the canvas.

2. While the paint is drying, cut scrapbook paper to approximately 6-1/2" x 4". Roll with the pattern side out and use hot glue to hold the roll.

3. Lay out the scrapbook paper rolls in the desired order, cutting the rolls to the desired length. (If you want, you can also cut the paper to the desired length before rolling, but then the order will not be able to be changed.)

4. Cut a star and stump from scrapbook paper. Position everything on the canvas, and glue down using hot glue.

5. Using the handle end of the brush, dot a border around the canvas in Red Barn.
