    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

    1. Smooth the tray using sandpaper. Remove any sanding dust with a damp paper towel.
    2. Instruction #1
    3. Paint the entire tray with Shimmering Silver.
    4. Mix (1) part Black Pearl with (2) parts Shimmering Silver. Add a second application of Shimmering Silver to the tray. While the paint is still wet, use a sea sponge to dab the mix created all over the surface of the tray. After you have added paint mix, use the clean side of the sea sponge to again dab the paint and blend it in with the wet base. Save the mix for future step.
    5. Instruction #3
    6. Use a sea sponge to add White Pearl onto the tray surface. After adding the paint, use the clean side of the sponge to gently blend the White Pearl with the Shimmering Silver.
    7. Instruction #4
    8. Use a flat brush to add the mix from step 2 to the rim of the tray.
    9. Instruction #5
    10. After the paint has dried, use Silver Spark to add high-shine silver spots to the tray. Use a soft cloth to dab and polish the spots of Silver Spark.
    11. Instruction #6
    12. Mix (3) parts Glass Texture with (1) part Cocoa Bean. Use the Americana Reusable Stick-On Dots Stencil and a palette knife to add the tinted texture to the dry surface.
    13. Instruction #7
    14. Once the paint is dry, tie a bit of rope onto each side of the tray to make decorative handles.
