Prewash and dry the placemat with no softener. Iron if needed.
Create a stamp by cutting craft foam into the desired shape (We used a triangle.) and attaching it to a clear stamp block.
Use tape to create a vertical guideline on each side of the placemat.
Use a paintbrush to apply Ultra White to stamp the and press down onto fabric. Repeat to create a pattern.
Stamp a second layer of Ultra White to make the design brighter. (Lining up stamps will be possible because you can see through the clear stamp block.)
Let dry 48 hours. After use, wash in gentle cycle and hang to dry.
HELPFUL HINTS
Use different colors of SoSoft Fabric Paints and placemats, but same the pattern, for a unique, yet cohesive, look.
