Place the frame on the Decou-Page Ship to Shore paper with the beige-colored world design. Use a pencil to trace the frame's perimeter. Use scissor to cut out. Use a 3/4" flat brush and Matte Decou-Page to adhere the paper to the frame.
Cut a piece of the blue print design of the Decou-Page Ship to Shore Paper to fit in the inside portion of the frame. Use a 3/4" flat brush to adhere the paper inside the frame with Matte Decou-Page.
Use a cosmetic sponge and the Button Alphabet Stencil to stencil on the word "explore" in Primary Red.
Use E6000 Glue to adhere seashells along the bottom portion of the frame.
