NOTES: Let dry completely between painting steps. Remove painting tape after each application of paint, and reapply before each new application of paint.
Wash bottle to remove any stickers or smudges.
Prepare surface to paint according to manufacturer's instructions.
Apply painter's tape evenly around bottle with inside edge around bottle's shoulder.
Apply painter's tape around bottle with inside edge 2 3/8" down from inside edge of top tape.
Using 3/8" flat glass painting brush, paint area between taped-off section in either White, Bright Yellow, or Black). Remove painter's tape.
Adhere rhinestones to bottle as desired using a glue gun.
Repeat steps 1-7 for other two bottles using other two colors.
