Tell 'em what's cooking on a menu board painted with Americana® Chalkboard Paint.

SUPPLIES

• 1" flat brush
• #4 round brush
• chalk
• cosmetic sponge
• easel

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

1. Using a 1" flat brush, coat the easel surface in Black Chalkboard Paint making vertical brush-strokes. Let dry completely.
2. Once the Chalkboard Paint is completely dry, apply another coat using a 1" flat brush making horizontal brush-strokes. Let dry completely.
3. Paint the easel stand in Baby Blue using a 1" flat brush. Let dry.
4. Once dry, position the Elegant Script Stencil in the desired location. Using a cosmetic sponge, apply Baby Blue to the "menu" lettering. Using a #4 round brush, free-hand a loop border around the surface.
5. Prime the surface by turning a piece of chalk on its side, coating the surface. Clean away the chalk and the menu board is ready to use.
