Create sparkle on a planter with DecoArt's new DuraClear® Galaxy Varnish.
SUPPLIES
- water container
- palette or plastic plate
- paper towels
- paintbrushes
- buddha planter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Paint the entire buddha head in Lamp Black. Let dry completely.
- Once dry, apply the DuraClear Galaxy Varnish over the whole surface.
