NOTES: Cover the floor with a drop cloth or other protective covering. Let dry completely between painting steps.
Lightly sand the rolling cart surface. Remove any excess dust with a cloth. Flip the cart over.
Attach the wine rack under the cart shelf with a screwdriver.
Keeping the cart upside down to start (this will make your paint job way easier when it comes to the legs and edges) paint sections of the cart in Pure White. (This cart originally had a brass stripe down the sides and brass wheel covers, which were covered with Pure White.) Let dry.
Once the bottom of the cart is painted, flip it over and paint the top in Classic Black.
Optional: Paint flower pots with Pure White and add a stripe or geometric design in your favorite Metallics. (Shown: Old Gold)
