Give Hanukkah game pieces a place of honor with this colorful storage box.

SUPPLIES

• water container
• palette or plastic plate
• paper towels
• tracing paper
• transfer paper
• pencil
• wooden box
• #2 round brush
• #12 flat brush

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

1. Use a #12 flat brush and Blue Bird to paint the middle section of the box inside and out. Rinse brush.
2. Use the same brush and Sky Blue to paint the box sides inside and out. Rinse brush. Let dry completely.
3. Use a pencil and the tracing and transfer papers to trace the patterns to all sides of the box.
4. Use a #2 round brush and Sky Blue to fill in the box sides with small Stars of David. Rinse brush. Use the same brush with True Blue to outline the stars. Rinse brush.
5. Use a #2 round brush and Mushroom to basecoat the fronts of the dreidels. Rinse brush. Use the same brush with Brown Sugar to shade the dreidels. Rinse brush. Let dry completely.
6. Use a #2 round brush and load separately with Turf Green, Lipstick, Eggplant, and True Blue to fill in the game piece name designs. Rinse the brush between colors and at the end.
