Use a 3/4" flat brush to paint the supply holder Festive Green.
Use a #3 round brush to paint the outline of the dragonfly, Citron Green; the wings and body, Indian Turquoise; and the middle of the wings, Primary Blue. (See photo for color placement.)
Use a #3 round brush to go over the Citron Green with Lime Green Craft Twinkles; Indian Turquoise with Galaxy Blue; and Primary Blue with Purple.
Hot glue the back of the dragonfly to the front of the supply holder.
