Bring some shimmer to décor pieces, like this statue and vase, using Americana Enchanted.

SUPPLIES

• glass bottle

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

1. Paint the figure with Ultra Black Basecoat. Allow to dry and paint with a second coat.

2. Paint the bottle with Ultra Black Basecoat. Allow to dry and paint with a second coat.

3. After Ultra Black is completely dry, paint the bottle with Green. While Green is still wet, in some areas, paint Ultra Black in a circular motion. (This will darken and mute some of the green color for now.) Allow to dry. Paint over the muted areas with Gold. Allow to dry. On the raised texture, paint Violet. (See photo.)

4. For the figure, paint the skin Violet and other areas Gold. While the paint is wet, lightly paint on Gold to the Violet areas that are raised and rounded. Use Magenta as well to add dimension. To the Gold robe and hair, add Green into the texture. Keep layering paint to get your desired look. If a color is not vibrant enough, you can paint on Ultra Black, allow to dry, and re-apply the color.
