Wipe the glass ice bucket clean with rubbing alcohol and a paper towel.
Using the sea sponge, dab Purple around the bottom perimeter of the bucket. Rinse the sea sponge and dab Blue above the Purple. Rinse the sea sponge and dab Turquoise above the Blue. Rinse the sea sponge and dab White above the Turquoise, all the way to the top.
Repeat the previous step, making sure the colors are overlapping and blending.
Use a snowflake stencil and randomly stencil a variety of snowflakes by dabbing Gloss Enamel White on with a cosmetic sponge.
Use a liner brush and add detail to the snowflakes in Calypso Blue.
