Other supplies
- water container
- paper towels
- sandpaper (optional)
- scissors
- pencil
- 3/4" flat brush
- square wooden frame
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the frame over the Americana Decou-Page Paisley Punch Paper and use a pencil to trace around the outside perimeter and inside perimeter.
- Use scissors to cut out.
- Use a 3/4" flat brush to brush Americana Matte Decou-Page on the frame. Carefully align and place the paper down on the frame. Press down and smooth out with a finger. Use the same brush to brush Decou-Page over the top of the Decou-Page paper, working from the middle outward.
- If needed, lightly sand the edges for a smoother finish.
