    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

    1. Sand the wooden bin surface, if needed. Remove any dust with a damp paper towel.
    2. Instruction #1
    3. Use a 1" flat brush to paint the inside of the bin in Cotton Ball.
    4. Instruction #2
    5. Use a 1" flat brush to paint two opposite sides in Carbon and the other two sides in Cotton Ball. (The sides with Cotton Ball will be decoupaged; this helps it have a brighter color.)
    6. Instruction #3
    7. Position the Americana Aztec Stencil on the Carbon side. Use painter's tape to hold it in place. Apply Orange Sherbet, Coastal Waters, and Flamingo to the stencil with separate cosmetic sponges. Repeat on the other Carbon side.
    8. Instruction #4
    9. Lay the bin down on the back side of the Americana Safari Life Decou-Page Paper. Using a pencil, trace the shape. Cut out.
    10. Brush Americana Paper Decou-Page onto the Cotton Ball side. With fingers, gently press the cut-out Safari Life paper from the center toward the ends working out any wrinkles. Apply another layer of the Paper Decou-Page to the surface of the paper. Repeat on the other side of the wastebasket.
