Decoupaged Zebra Safari Box

Create a box with an on-trend animal print to stash jewelry and other trinkets.
SUPPLIES
- water container
- palette or plastic plate
- sandpaper
- ruler
- 3/4" flat brush
- craft glue
- wooden box with lid
- wooden balls
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Use a 3/4" flat brush to paint the wooden box with two coats of Cotton Ball.
- Using a 3/4" flat brush to paint the four wooden legs with two coats of Coastal Waters. Adhere in place to the bottom with craft glue.
- Cut the Decou-Page Safari Life Paper to fit around the bottom of the box. Use a 3/4" flat brush and Matte Decou-Page to adhere the paper to the bottom. (Refer to photo)
- Measure and cut the zebra print from the Safari Life Decou-Page Paper. Use the Decou-Page and 3/4" flat brush to adhere the paper to the lid, top, and sides.
- Using a 3/4" flat brush, paint the top wooden ball with two coats of Coastal Waters. Adhere in place to the top with craft glue.
- (Optional) Lightly sand the edges for a distressed look, if desired.
