Sand the tray to remove any rough edges. Wipe with a damp paper towel.
Use painter's tape to mask off the sides of the tray. Paint the bottom of the tray with two coats of Cotton Ball. Allow the paint to dry completely between coats. Remove tape.
Use painter's tape to mask off the bottom of the tray. Paint the outside and sides of the tray with two coats of Pink Chiffon.
Apply Rose Gold with a soft cloth to the outside of the tray. Use a clean section of the cloth to buff to shine.
Cut a large piece of scrapbook paper or tear small images from several pieces. Apply a coat of Americana Outdoor Decou-Page to the inside bottom of the tray. Position and smooth out the paper, working from the center to the outside edges to remove any bubbles under the paper. Apply another coat of Decou-Page on top of the paper.
