INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Paint the background of the clipboard with Blue Lagoon and the 1/4" flat brush.
- Paint the silver clip of the clipboard with Flamingo and the #3 round brush.
- Glue the buttons on with E6000 glue.
- Using the ruler and pencil, cut out a piece of scrapbook paper 1/4" smaller than the clipboard background to be placed under the clip hardware.
- Wet the paper with a sponge and apply Matte Decou-Page to the clipboard and back of the scrapbook paper with the 1/2" flat brush. Stick the scrapbook paper down and smooth out bubbles. Topcoat with Decou-Page, but not right under the clip. (It will stick to the paper.)
- Add details with scrapbook paper. (I added a scallop and wavy line.) Cut shapes and decoupage down with Decou-Page and the #3 round brush.
- Place a pad of paper on the clipboard.
