NOTE: Let dry completely between painting steps.

Use a 3/4" flat brush to basecoat the largest plaque with Fun Fuchsia. Rinse brush.
Use the same brush and Westport Grey to paint the top of the plaque. Rinse brush.
Use the same brush and Black to paint the sides of the wavy plaque and also the curly letter of choice. Rinse brush.
Load a 3/4" pouncer with Westport Grey and pounce random polka dots all over the large Fun Fuchsia plaque. Rinse pouncer and let dry completely.
Use a #1 round brush and Black to randomly paint swirls in some of the Westport Grey dots. Rinse brush.
Use craft glue to adhere the Westport Grey plaque to the center of the Fun Fuchsia plaque. Adhere the painted curly letter to the center of the Westport Grey plaque.
