Slide a piece of scrap paper behind the cover of the notebook and cover the binding in painter's tape. Paint the entire cover in Turquoise (Metallic).
Print off the pattern provided. Trace each shape onto the decorative paper and cut out each.
Apply each piece to the center of the notebook using Gloss Decou-Page: Paint the Decou-Page on the surface of the notebook and on the back of the paper shape. Lay it down on the surface and paint another coat of Decou-Page over the entire piece to seal it down.
Add sprinkles to the cover of the notebook in various areas alternating among Blue Lagoon, Apple Green, Pink Cadillac, and Orange Sherbet.
