Bandana Cowgirl Frame

This cowgirl won't get the blues when captured in a western-themed frame made with Americana DecouPage Glue.

SUPPLIES

    • water container
    • palette or plastic plate
    • paper towels
    • 3/4" flat brush
    • hot glue gun and glue sticks
    • craft knife
    • square wooden frame
    • oval cowgirl sticker (or your favorite personalization)
    • pink bandana
    • wooden flower cutout
    • 7" piece of jute cording

    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

    Let dry completely between painting steps.

    1. To avoid frayed fabric, use 3/4" flat brush to coat bandana with DecouPage. Let dry.
    2. Use 3/4" flat brush to paint frame and flower Snow White.
    3. Use brush to apply DecouPage on frame. Immediately position and press bandana on frame. Use fingers to smooth out bubbles.
    4. Apply more DecouPage over bandana.
    5. When completely dry, use craft knife to trim off excess bandana.
    6. Position and adhere oval sticker of your choice on flower.
    7. Position and adhere flower on top frame corner.
    8. Tie jute twine into bow. Position and adhere on flower.
