• water container
• palette or plastic plate
• paper towels
• pencil
• liner brush
• #10 flat brush
• jute, hemp, string, or yarn
• glass dome
• Basswood Country Round (Walnut Hollow)
• wooden tag

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Set the glass plate on the wood round to determine the size of painted areas. Use a pencil and a ruler (or any straight edge) and draw a line.
   
2. Using a #10 flat brush begin painting (from the middle going outwards) with Bahama Blue. Gradually add water to you paint puddle as you paint towards the edges. (leave the outer edge unpainted)
   
3. Using a #10 flat brush paint the other side with Chalkboard paint going in a vertical direction.
   
4. Using a #10 flat brush paint the other side with Chalkboard paint, this time going in a horizontal direction.
   
5. Using #10 flat brush paint the wood tag in Bahama Blue. Using liner brush outline the little mouse in chalkboard paint and fill in using #8 round brush. Using liner brush painted dotted line around the perimeter of the tag.
6. Look string through the hole and tie around the top of the dome.
