Serve your guests or family from a colorfully geared-up stenciled cookie tray using Americana® Multi-Surface Acrylics.

SUPPLIES

• water container
• palette or plastic plate
• paper towels
• sandpaper
• 1" foam brush
• 1" stencil brush
• shadow box

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Sand the shadow box surface, if needed. Remove any dust with a damp paper towel.

2. Place the Americana Gears & Cogs Stencil on the crate. Begin with one color and, with a stencil brush, stencil several gears around each side of the crate. Use Inch Worm, Pink Tropics, Black Tie, and Waterfront.

3. Continue with the rest of the colors using different size gears. If possible, line up the other gears that were already stenciled. (See photo: This is similar to what the stencil will look like once completed.)

4. Paint the top of the crate in Cotton Ball.
