Use the painter's tape to block the unneeded portion of the Owl stencil.
Use the attached pattern to paint the "Make Wise Choices" title using Cotton Ball. Using a cosmetic sponge, paint the head of the owl using Pumpkin Patch. Paint the back wing using Apple Green; the chest, Turquoise Waters; and the feet, School Bus.
Paint the frame using Melonball. Add stars around the edges of the chalkboard using Cotton Ball and School Bus.
Embellish with the painted accents around the eyes and wings using Cotton Ball.
