Capture life in the Big City on a journal page with DecoArt Media®.
SUPPLIES
- water container
- palette or plastic plate
- paper towels
- scissors
- pencil
- 3/4" flat brush
- #6 round brush
- cosmetic sponge
- paper
- scrapbook paper
- journal page
INSTRUCTIONS
- Trace the perimeter of the journal page onto the scrapbook paper with a pencil; cut out with scissors. Use a 3/4" flat brush to adhere with Matte Medium.
- Place the Loopy Stencil on a plain piece of white paper and hold in place. Use a cosmetic sponge to dab on Carbon Black.
- Use a 3/4" flat brush to loosely paint Cadium Orange Hue, Cobalt Teal Hue, and Primary Magenta onto the plain white paper. Trace the building and moon pattern onto the paper with pencil and cut out with scissors.
- Use a 3/4" flat brush to adhere all of the pieces in place with Matte Medium. (Refer to photo for placement.) Use a #6 round brush and Carbon Black to paint the windows, doors, and outline the buildings.
