Prepare the plastic wineglasses glasses by removing the stems and wiping the wineglasses with rubbing alcohol.
Paint the cups with a variety of the following colors: Lavender, Desert Turquoise, Citron Green, or any other color from the Gloss Enamels line.
Use a small brush and a contrasting color to add details such as bows, dots, lines, and other delicate patterns. (Using contrasting colors will make the details pop.)
Another decorating option is to paint petals and leaves like a flower. The base colors are Dioxazine Purple, Desert Turquoise, Festive Green, and Citron Green. The petals are Indian Turquoise and Lavender. The leaves are Festive Green and Citron Green. Let "bells" dry. Once dry, add ribbon and/or hooks to hang on a Christmas tree.
