Use a #12 flat brush and Pink Cadillac to paint the plaque. Rinse brush. Use the same brush and Coastal Waters to paint the letter. Rinse brush.
Use a 3/4" pouncer and Cotton Ball to lightly dab on random polka dots. Wash pouncer.
Use the handle end of a #12 flat brush (or a smaller brush if you choose) and Deep Turquoise to make mini dots around each Cotton Ball circle. Wipe off handle.
Use scissors to cut a square out of burlap that will fit the center of the plaque.
Wrap some jute around the letter once it is fully dry and cut where you want it to end.
Use a glue gun to attach the burlap square to the plaque. Attach the letter on top of the burlap.
Add a flower embellishment of your choice by peeling off backing and pressing into place, or, for extra durability, use hot glue to attach over the jute.
