Chalky Finish and Metallic Lustre Frame Trio

Create decorative frames with Chalky Finish Paint stenciled with Metallic Lustres.
SUPPLIES
- water container
- paper towels
- sandpaper
- painter's tape
- 3/4" flat brush
- stencil brush
- wood frame
INSTRUCTIONS
- Using a 3/4 flat brush start by base coating your frame/frames one Serene, one Treasure and one Vintage.
- (Frame with the stripes, base-coated with Serene) Use painters tape to mask off your stripes on one side of the frame. (only paint one at a time, as it must dry completely before painting additional stripes) Use a 3/4 flat brush and paint the stripes in Everlasting.
- (Continuing with the same frame) Place your French Living stencil "No 1" in the bottom right hand area of the and secure with painters tape. Using a stencil brush lightly pounce through the stencil with Black Shimmer Metallic Lustre.
- (The French in Frame, base-coated with treasure) Place your stencil over the frame and secure in place with painter's tape. Using a stencil brush lightly pounce through the stencil with Silver Spark Metallic Lustre.
- (The Old World Numbers Frame, base-coated with Vintage) Select the numbers of your choice and randomly place one at time, secure with painter's tape. Using a stencil brush lightly pounce through the stencil with Black Shimmer Metallic Lustre.
- (ALL three frames) Distress the edges with sandpaper and over the stencils if desired.
