• palette or plastic plate
• paper towels
• rubbing alcohol (optional)
• painter's tape
• art or cosmetic sponge

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE: Let dry completely between painting steps.

1. Wash mugs with warm, soapy water or clean surface with rubbing alcohol. Rinse and dry well before painting.
2. Mask off desired chalkboard area with painter’s tape.
3. Use cosmetic sponge to lightly dab Glass Chalkboard Paint inside masked-off area. Let dry completely. Apply second coat.
4. Let dry/cure for 4 days. Bake 30 minutes in non pre-heated oven at 325° for 30 minutes. Allow to cool down before removing from oven.

HELPFUL HINTS

For best results, load wide end of sponge wedge with paint. Dab several times on palette to push paint up into sponge. Lightly pounce on surface in random directions to apply even coat. Two light coats are preferable to one heavy coat.

Do not paint areas that will come in contact with mouth.
