Striped Chalkboard Mugs

Change your mug as you change your beverage with DecoArt’s new Glass Chalkboard Paint.
SUPPLIES
- palette or plastic plate
- paper towels
- rubbing alcohol
- 1" painter's tape
- cosmetic sponge
- mugs
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Allow to dry between painting steps.
- Wash the mugs with warm, soapy water or clean the mug surface with rubbing alcohol. Rinse and dry well before painting.
- Mask off the desired chalkboard area with 1" painter’s tape.
- Use a cosmetic sponge to lightly dab Glass Chalkboard Paint inside the masked-off area. Let dry completely. Apply a second coat.
- Let dry/cure for four days. Bake 30 minutes in non pre-heated oven at 325° for 30 minutes. Allow to cool down before removing from oven.
