Store wine in style with this dreamy wine rack, painted with Americana Decor® Metallics™.

SUPPLIES

• water container
• palette or plastic plate
• paper towels
• art or cosmetic sponge
• sheet of clear vinyl
• wine rack
• dry cloth
• paintbrushes
• moon and stars template

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Wipe the wine rack with a dry cloth to remove any dust and dirt.

2. Paint the entire rack with Sapphire Blue. (If the rack can be disassembled, take the racks out to make painting easier.) Let dry.

3. After the first application of paint has dried, add a second layer of paint, if needed. Let it dry completely.

4. Place the Celestial Sun stencil on the wine rack. Dip the sponge in 24K Gold and offload the excess paint by tapping the sponge onto a paper towel or plate. Add a light application of paint over the stencil, then repeat the process until you have achieved the desired level of color.

5. Use a moon and stars template (found online) and a sheet of vinyl to make a stencil. Sponge 24K Gold over the stencil until the desired finish is achieved.
