Bunny and Eggs Centerpiece

This centerpiece, aglow with Patio Paint Outdoor™ and Glamour Dust Glitter Paints™, will brighten your Eastertime tablescape.

SUPPLIES

    • water container
    • palette or plastic plate
    • paper towels
    • sponge brush
    • #0 liner brush
    • glue
    • 1-1/4" sponge pouncer
    • tracing & transfer paper
    • 8" terra cotta pot and saucer
    • wooden eggs
    • pink chenille stems or pipe cleaners
    • glitter foam sheets, white and pink
    • pink gingham ribbon

    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

    Let dry completely between painting steps.

    1. Use sponge brush and Cloud White to paint pot.
    2. Use sponge brush and Azalea to paint saucer.
    3. Trace and transfer face pattern
    4. Use the #0 liner brush and Wrought Iron Black to paint eyes and mouth. Paint nose Azalea.
    5. Use the handle end of a small brush to dot Cloud White eye accent.
    6. Mix small amount of Cloud White with Azalea. Use pouncer brush and mix to make rosy cheeks.
    7. Twist several pink chenille stems or pipe cleaners in the middle. Trim to different lengths to make bunny whiskers.
    8. Trace and transfer ear patterns onto glitter foam. Cut out two bunny ear shapes from white foam sheet and two smaller ear shapes from pink foam sheet. Position and adhere pink shapes to white.
    9. Adhere pipe cleaners to backs of bunny ears to give them more structure.
    10. Tie ribbon around bottom of inverted pot to make bow tie.
    11. Glue whiskers under nose.
    12. Glue saucer onto the top of the inverted pot to make hat.
    13. Glue ears onto top of saucer.
    14. Paint wooden eggs with Cloud White/Azalea mix, Honeydew, Fiesta Yellow, and Blue Bahama.
    15. Paint eggs with Gold Glitz and Silver Bling to add sparkle.
    16. Place eggs inside top of hat.
