Bright and Pretty Decoupaged Terra Cotta Pot

Easily turn a plain terra cotta pot into a bright and pretty decou-paged accent piece.

SUPPLIES

    • water container
    • palette or plastic plate
    • paper towels
    • sandpaper
    • 3/4" flat brush
    • #10 flat brush

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Using 3/4 flat brush paint the top rim and inside of the pot with two coats of Snow White.
    2. Using 3/4 flat brush paint the pot base with two coats of Snow White.
    3. Using 3/4 flat brush paint the remaining portion of the pot with two coats of Light Buttermilk
    4. Use sandpaper to distress the edges of both the pot and the pot base.

    6. While the pot is drying cut out leaf shapes from scrap booking paper.
    7. Starting from the center out, begin to decou-page your flower with the leaf shapes.

    9. Lastly, using 3/4 flat brush seal entire pot (inside and out) with Outdoor Decou-page.
