Position the Urban Ink Chopper Stencil, using a pencil to lightly mark the layout.
Use a 1/2" stencil brush to apply Black Tie to the stencil. (It is easiest to start from the middle of the wording and work your way outward to ensure it is centered. Be sure to allow drying between each letter.)
Print off the tricycle pattern to fit the t-shirt. Use a pencil and the tracing and transfer papers to trace and transfer the pattern onto the t-shirt. Use a small round brush to paint on the tricycle with Black Tie.
