Mod Black Light Neon Vase

This slick vase with its mod design glows with Black Light Neon Paint.
SUPPLIES
- small and medium brushes
- vase
INSTRUCTIONS
- Use a medium brush to paint ovals throughout the vase with Snow White. Let dry.
- When dry, use a small brush to create rings of the DecoArt Black Light Neon colors listed within the Snow White ovals.
