Use a paper towel to wipe the wine bottle and wineglass clean with rubbing alcohol.
Use a 3/4" flat brush to paint half of the glass from the inside in Bright Orange.
Use a black permanent marker to trace the cat's eyes, nose, and whiskers. Press into place. (if you are using clear Con-Tact paper, scribble with marker so you can see the pieces.)
Use a cosmetic sponge to dab on two coats of Glass Chalkboard Paint. Peel off the Con-Tact paper.
Use a #8 round brush to paint White stripes around the neck of the wine bottle.
Use a #8 round brush to loosely paint the wooden oval Primary Yellow and Bright Orange around the perimeter. Measure the string to fit around the bottle's neck, cut string to size, and string the beads. Glue to the back of the oval.
Print a name of your choice to fit the oval and tear. Adhere to the oval with tacky glue.
Place the oval around the neck of the wine bottle. Push the cork down so it's flush with the top of the bottle and add a generous amount of E6000 Glue. Place the head/glass upside down and also add a generous amount of E6000 Glue. Let glue set for three minutes.
Secure the head into place and let dry. Paint burlap scraps with two coats of Glass Chalkboard Paint and cut into triangle shapes. Use E6000 Glue to adhere into place. Mix Glass Chalkboard Paint with White 1:1 and, with a #8 round brush, paint the cat's tail. (Refer to photo for placement.) Place a battery-operated tealight inside the cat's head. (Do not use a candle tea light.) Write a Halloween message of your choice with chalk.
